A strong presence on the shop floor is required.\n\nWhat You’ll Need to Succeed • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering • 5–10 years of experience in Cold Forming, Hot Forming, or Forging\n\n o Including tool design and manufacturing support\n\nAbility to effectively communicate from the shop floor to senior leadership\nCAD experience (Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Pro-E, or similar)\nExperience with DEFORM and/or SAP is a plus\n\nAdditional Considerations\nWillingness to travel and support multiple locations\nSpanish or Italian language skills are a plus\nMust be comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment o This role requires time on the shop floor—not just desk work\nCandidates outside the immediate areas are encouraged to apply—we are open to flexible solutions\n\nWhat’s In It For You\n\nWe create a supportive environment where employees thrive!
