{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"c15f405732536523303ccce7","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c15f405732536523303ccce7","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c15f405732536523303ccce7","title":"Assistant Program Manager","description":"Position: Assistant Program Manager (Residential)\n\nReports to: Program Manager\n\nHours: 40 hours/week | Hourly $20.85 Tues-Fri 3pm-11pm, Sat 8am-4pm and 1 Administrative day 9am-5pm (flexible)\n.\nLocation: Cornell Rd.\nTriangle’s Expectation of Employee:\nAdheres to Triangle Policy and Procedures\nActs as a role model within and outside Triangle Performs duties as workload necessitates.\nMaintains a positive and respectful attitude.\nCommunicates regularly with supervisor about Department issues.\nDemonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.\nConsistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position.\nMeets Department productivity standards.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupport individuals as needed or directed, in the areas of problem solving, personal care, medical care, socialization and leisure activities.\nAs assigned by program manager, schedule staff coverage of all shifts by appropriate, well-trained staff.\nDocument staff meeting minutes.\nEnsure all necessary medical and psychiatric appointment are scheduled and attended.\nPlan/transport/accompany individuals to appointment or assignment of staff to accompany individual.\nEnsure medical notes are written and follow up is as ordered by doctor.\nEnsure medication is handled and administered by certified staff in keeping with DDS/DPH Medication Admiration Program guidelines.\nEnsure medication is ordered, tracked and stored as regulations require (oversight of medication closet.)\nMonthly review of all Medication Treatment Forms to ensure that they are valid and updated as needed.\nConfer with Program Manager for advice, support and to resolve problems.\nPrint monthly documentation including but not limited to, behavior data collection sheets, daily progress notes, task analysis forms and any other pertinent forms.\nAssist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.\nWork with staff/individuals to promote growth in each of the QUEST quality of life areas (i.e., Individual control, respect and dignity, relationships, community memberships personal growth & accomplishments, personal wellbeing and community integration).\nKnow and adhere to all safety policies and emergency procedures.\nKnow basic emergency facts regarding all individuals living at the residence.\nMonitor individual funds and review the financial transaction records.\nKnowledge of budget. Shop for household supplies within the existing budget.\nMonitor individual funds and review the financial transaction records, which include but are not limited to weekly audits as well as an end of month audit.\nEnsure residence is maintained in a safe and clean manner.\nMaintain Triangle property in good and sanitary condition. Inform program manager of any maintenance issues.\nAssist with new program development.\nAttend trainings as directed by the program manager.\nAssume additional duties as assigned by the program manager.\nQualifications\nAt Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of Residential Program Management\nBachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.\n4-7 years’ experience working in for a social services or related organization.\nMA Driver’s License (and reliable car), Medication Administration Certification, CPR and First Aid, Human Rights Officer training. On-the-job training may be provided in some of these areas.\nLanguage Skills\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret documents.
