Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.\n\nJob Description:\n\nThe MB Assembler is responsible for assembling cabinet components and finished products according to company quality standards, production schedules, and safety requirements. Team members work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment using hand tools, power tools, machinery, and assembly equipment to produce high-quality kitchen and bath cabinetry.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nAssemble cabinet components, doors, drawers, and related products according to specifications.\nRead and follow work instructions, production orders, and quality standards.\nOperate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.\nInspect parts and finished products to ensure quality requirements are met.\nIdentify and report material defects, equipment issues, and quality concerns.\nMaintain production goals and support team productivity objectives.\nFollow all safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping requirements.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S and lean manufacturing practices.\nAssist with material handling, packaging, and other production-related duties as assigned.\nWork cooperatively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\nPrevious manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required.\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment.\nBasic math and measurement skills preferred.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods during the work shift.\nFrequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.\nAbility to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.\nAbility to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity\n\nMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
