Stover’s Restoration is seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Marketing Representative to grow our insurance and commercial partnerships in the Emporia and Wichita/Maize areas. Compensation & Perks: Competitive hourly rate + commission structure Health Insurance Company vehicle provided Company phone provided Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Actively visit, cultivate, and maintain relationships with insurance agents and commercial properties in the Hutchinson/Wichita territory. Business Development: Secure regional meetings and host Continuing Education (CE) classes for insurance partners at our facilities. Networking: Represent Stover’s at industry events, chamber functions, and community activities (e.g., golf tournaments, agency open houses). Account Growth: Drive brand awareness and lead generation within the commercial sector. Follow-Up: Manage CRM activities and consistent follow-up with partners and prospects. Quality Assurance: Conduct customer satisfaction calls to ensure high service standards. Qualifications: Proven experience in marketing, B2B sales, or relationship management. Strong networking and communication skills. Valid driver's license. Ability to travel locally
