Speech Language Pathologist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with school aged children to diagnose and treat speech and language disorders.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid IL state licensure or eligibility for state licensure
- ISBE PEL (professional educator license)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) / CF-SLP will be considered
- Conduct and interpret speech and language assessments
- Provide therapy using evidence based practice strategies to improve communication skills in areas such as articulation, language, voice, and fluency
- Collaborate with other educators, and families to implement treatment plan
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
