With a focus on precision and innovation, Cabin Crafters delivers exceptional craftsmanship and service.Role DescriptionThe Aircraft Interiors Fabrication Technician will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling interior components using specialized materials such as honeycomb panels, veneers, composites, and polycarbonate. This role requires strong attention to detail, a high level of craftsmanship, and the ability to work within aviation quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesFabricate and assemble aircraft interior components according to engineering drawings, templates, and specifications.Cut, shape, and bond materials including honeycomb core panels, hardwood and laminate veneers, composite materials, and polycarbonate sheets.Perform layup and lamination processes for composite parts.Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, sanders, routers, vacuum bagging systems, and heat-forming tools.Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols.Collaborate with production, quality control, finish and assembly teams to ensure accurate and timely production.Required:2+ years of experience in aircraft interiors, cabinetry, composites, or similar fabrication environmentsHands-on experience with honeycomb, veneers, composite layups, and polycarbonate fabricationStrong craftsmanship skills, including precise measuring and cuttingKnowledge of adhesives, bonding techniques, and material handlingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workdayPreferred:Experience in aerospace manufacturing or MRO environmentsFamiliarity with FAA regulations and quality standards (e.g., AS9100)What we offer:·        Competitive pay, based on experience·        Health, dental, and vision benefits·        Paid time off and holidays·        Opportunities for training and professional growth·        401k plan·        Pension plan
