Wide Format Printing and Finishing Operator

Job Summary:We are seeking a Wide Format Printing & Finishing Operator to produce high-quality signs, banners, posters, and other large-format print materials. This role involves operating wide-format printers, preparing print files, performing finishing tasks, maintaining equipment, and ensuring all jobs meet quality and production standards.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor wide-format printers for various print projects.Prepare digital files, verify layouts, colors, and print quality.Perform finishing tasks including trimming, laminating, mounting, grommet installation, and packaging.Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.Maintain an organized production area and meet project deadlines.Qualifications:Experience in wide-format or digital print production is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.Knowledge of printer operation, maintenance, and print finishing techniques.Familiarity with inkjet printing, substrates, and finishing materials.Basic experience with Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, or similar prepress software is a plus.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or print shop experience is an advantage.
