Formed in 2002, IAS administers policies for insureds residing all across the United States.\r\nJob Summary:Forward thinking, team player with a focus on continuous improvement to help modernize, maintain and troubleshoot IAS business critical web applications. Works with IT staff to design and develop client/regulatory enhancements, as well as analyzing and address day to day issues. Learns and applies new methodologies and technologies to advance IAS web application landscape.\r\nPrimary Responsibilities:Analysis, design, development and troubleshooting of VB.NET applications and web services\r\nAnalysis, design, development, and troubleshooting of MS SQL Server SQL & Stored Procedures\r\nManaging code via Azure DevOps and TFS\r\nDocumenting and working issues, requests, enhancements, etc. via JIRA workflows\r\nActively listening and participating in IT meetings, taking notes, and offering insights/suggestions\r\nCollaboratively working with IAS Web team members on projects and tasks\r\nSelf-driven learning of technologies is being adopted by the IAS Web team.\r\nPerforms under minimal supervision\r\nProvides leadership, coaching and/or mentoring\r\nPrimary Skills & Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in IT or related area;\r\n4-6 years of experience with VB.NET, C#, and SQL Server\r\nExperience with Team Foundation Server and JIRA Issue Tracking preferred\r\nAbility to work through issues and solve problems pragmatically\r\nAbility to analyze and troubleshoot issues spanning several processes and technologies\r\nAdept in developing and debugging VB.NET (C#, Entity Framework, & MVC are a plus)\r\nAdept in writing & debugging SQL & Stored Procs (SSIS/ETL) is a plus)\r\nWorking knowledge of TFS or Azure DevOps version control\r\nComprehensive knowledge of subject matter\r\nLeadership experience preferred\r\nFirm understanding of.NET frameworks,.NET Core and supporting technologies\r\nSkilled in documenting and communicating via email & JIRA, and other written correspondence\r\nAbility to independently learn, understand, and apply new technologies\r\nOrganized and logical thought process, with the abilities to communicate well and follow instructions; ability to work independently and with others in an efficient manner collaborative manner.\r\nDevelopment experience in JavaScript and ReactJS is a plus\r\nExperience with DevOps tools and processes is a plus\r\nExperience with Agile methodologies is a plus\r\nMay have agent license but no active appointments.\r\nBenefits Available:Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance\r\n401(k) Retirement Plan\r\nPaid Holidays\r\nPTO\r\nCommunity Service PTO\r\nFSA/HSA\r\nLife Insurance\r\nShort-Term and Long-Term Disability\r\nAbout Integrity:Integrity is one of the nation's leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
