Senior Salesforce Developer
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 12+ years of IT experience and extensive expertise in Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing. The candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and custom solutions.Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.Develop asynchronous processes using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Platform Events.Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, process automation, and approval processes.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3 support for Salesforce applications.Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimations, and release management activities.Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and knowledge-sharing practices.Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem.Required Skills & Qualifications12+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.Strong expertise in:Apex ProgrammingLightning Web Components (LWC)Aura ComponentsVisualforceSOQL/SOSLSalesforce FlowsPlatform EventsCustom Metadata and Custom SettingsExperience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with Salesforce DX and modern development practices.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.QualificationsExperience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.Experience integrating Salesforce with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Familiarity with MuleSoft integrations.Knowledge of DevOps and automated deployment strategies.Salesforce CertificationsSalesforce Certified Platform Developer ISalesforce Certified Platform Developer IISalesforce Certified Application ArchitectSalesforce Certified System ArchitectSalesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Certified Advanced AdministratorEducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Nice to HaveExperience supporting large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations.Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and microservices architecture.Email: saipradeep.b@precisiontechcorp.comLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/sai-pradeep-bandarapu-3530471b1/
