This is a unique opportunity to join an organization at an exciting stage of growth where you'll have significant visibility, influence, and the ability to build scalable processes and infrastructure.Responsibilities:Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, revenue recognition, and financial reportingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for leadership and board reportingManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, and employee expense reimbursementsOversee tax registrations, filings, compliance, and coordination with external tax providersPartner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning activitiesSupport board and investor reporting, including operating metrics, profitability analysis, and strategic financial insightsManage treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, and banking relationshipsRespond to audit, investor, and due diligence requestsDesign, implement, and strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial processesDrive process improvement initiatives, automation, and system enhancementsIdentify opportunities to leverage AI and technology to improve finance and accounting efficiencyPartner cross-functionally to support business growth and operational decision-makingQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProgressive accounting leadership experience with strong technical accounting knowledgeExperience owning month-end close and financial statement preparationBudgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experienceAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skillsExperience with ERP and accounting systems, including QuickBooks or similar platformsStrong knowledge of GAAP and internal controlsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExcellent communication skills and ability to work with executive leadershipInterest in technology, automation, and AI-driven process improvementsCPA designation or progress toward certificationStartup or high-growth company experienceExperience with inventory, equipment, manufacturing, or hardware-related accountingExperience implementing systems, controls, and scalable finance processesFamiliarity with spend management tools and modern finance technology platformsWhy Consider This Opportunity?High-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadershipOpportunity to build and improve finance processes from the ground upCollaborative and innovative cultureSignificant ownership and visibility across the organizationCompetitive compensation, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefitsSalary: $180,000 to $240,000, bonus, equityBenefits include medical, vision and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, commuter and cell phone allowance, paid holidays, and paid time off.If you are excited about this position, please apply today!
