Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety guidelines. Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
