This position is responsible for taking pre-cut frame parts and assembling sofa, loveseat, and chair frames in a fast-paced production environment.\nThis is a hands-on assembly-line position. Employees are paid based on production rates, so successful candidates must be able to work safely, maintain quality, and consistently meet production expectations.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nAssemble wooden sofa, loveseat, and chair frames according to product specifications\nUse pneumatic staple guns and other hand tools to securely fasten frame components\nIdentify and select the correct frame parts for each furniture style\nFollow established assembly methods and production standards\nInspect completed frames for proper alignment, strength, and workmanship\nKeep pace with the production line while maintaining quality\nReport damaged, missing, or incorrect frame parts to a supervisor\nMaintain a clean and safe work area\nFollow all company safety rules and procedures\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in furniture manufacturing, framing, or assembly is preferred\nAbility to safely operate pneumatic tools and basic hand tools\nAbility to read or follow frame diagrams, patterns, and work instructions\nGood attention to detail\nAbility to work efficiently in a repetitive production environment\nDependable attendance and a strong work ethic\nAbility to work both independently and as part of an assembly-line team\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and work for the full shift\nAbility to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions\nAbility to lift and handle frame parts and completed furniture frames\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment around machinery, tools, dust, and normal production noise\nCompensation\nThis position uses a production-based pay system. Earnings are based on the employee’s production output and the established rate for the frames being assembled.
