You will repair, maintain, and continuously improve the functionality of material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the site.\nKey Responsibilities\nPromote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.\nTroubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.\nInstall, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.\nComplete and accurately document preventative maintenance activities.\nManage and maintain department inventory.\nBuild strong working relationships with operational and maintenance teams.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nMust be currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.\nHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).\nMinimum 1 year of related maintenance experience and/or training.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nExperience using powered and non-powered hand tools.\nAbility to troubleshoot issues and follow established procedures related to routine maintenance, repairs, preventive measures, emergency responses, coordination, and safety compliance.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, stooping, climbing stairs, and using ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate degree or higher from a vocational school or college in a mechanical or electrical discipline.\n2+ years of apprenticeship or equivalent experience working with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.\nExperience with MHE safety standards and OEM equipment.\nExperience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).\n2+ years of experience with automated conveyor systems and controls.\n2+ years of experience performing predictive and preventive maintenance.\n2+ years of experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics.\n2+ years of knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.\n2+ years of demonstrated commitment to workplace safety standards.\n1+ year of experience troubleshooting and diagnosing MHE systems.\nBenefits\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage\nDisability benefits program\n401(k) with company match\nPaid time off and holidays\nCompany-paid life insurance\nPet insurance\nPaid parental leave\nWhy Join Our Client?\nOur client is committed to employee growth and development.
