Job Title: Maintenance Technician Assistant (2nd Shift - Temporary)Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour + 15% shift premiumSchedule: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMPosition Overview:We are seeking a Temporary 2nd-Shift Maintenance Technician Assistant to support our operations. This role provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working alongside skilled technicians to build practical maintenance skills. There is potential for direct hire based on performance and business needs.Responsibilities:Assist maintenance technicians with routine repairs and preventative maintenanceSupport troubleshooting of mechanical and basic electrical systemsMaintain equipment, tools, and work areas in safe operating conditionPerform basic facility maintenance tasks as neededFollow all safety procedures and company policiesDocument completed work and report issues to the maintenance teamRequirements:Ability to work 2nd shift consistently (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)Basic mechanical aptitude; prior maintenance or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to use basic hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and willingness to learnAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periodsReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamLinked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
