In addition, this position may be eligible for incentive compensation.Job SummaryThe Business Growth Field Trainer is a hands‐on position that promotes the CaptionCall phone and service by visiting existing and recruiting new healthcare professionals to provide this service to their patients. The BGFT manages Provider and Educator accounts and also seeks new opportunities to share CaptionCall services directly with eligible customers through events and presentations including but not limited to senior living, the VA and other applicable channels. They will also install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones as needed, training our customers on how to enrich their lives using the CaptionCall phone.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreate install generation activities in identified channels (HHP, Senior Living, VA canteen and Other)Attend and participate in trade shows, events and other corporate events as assignedGuide other CaptionCall activities and make recommendations for expanding the breadth and reach of the businessPromote the CaptionCall serviceComplete service calls as assignedInstall and troubleshoot CaptionCall phonesCourteously train customers on how to use the phone and its featuresAccurately maintain customer records in CRM (dynamics)Complete required reports and submit feedback on customer and provider interactionsMaintain adequate inventory of equipment and marketing supplies in order to service customers and providersOther duties as assignedSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.Travel RequirementsTravel Requirements: 50-75%EducationMinimum of a High School Diploma or GEDExperience1 Year Experience as a CaptionCall TrainerPreferred: Certified as a CaptionCall Trainer II, III or Master TrainerKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to comfortably and clearly present to large and small groupsAbility to tailor to unique needs of individual customers and healthcare professionalsMust be able to adapt to various sales situations and environmentsExcellent customer service skillsBasic computer knowledge and experienceCommitment to adhere to strict compliance standardsAbility to meet or exceed expectations and maintain established goals set forth by department managementAbility to effectively communicate in English through reading, writing, speaking and listeningMust be reliable, organized and punctualMust be able to work independentlyWorking Conditions and Physical RequirementsDaily driving is required.
