The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing system-level V&V activities to ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and customer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute system-level Verification & Validation (V&V) activities across the product lifecycleDevelop and review V&V strategies, plans, protocols, and reportsEnsure traceability between requirements, design, and test casesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, regulatory, and manufacturingPerform risk assessments (FMEA, hazard analysis) and ensure mitigation through testingDrive test case development, execution, and defect trackingSupport design verification, system validation, and integration testingEnsure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, IEC, GxP)Participate in design reviews and auditsMentor junior engineers and provide technical leadershipRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or related field)10+ years of experience in Systems Engineering with strong focus on Verification & Validation (V&V)Hands-on experience in system integration and testingStrong understanding of requirements management toolsExperience with test automation tools and defect tracking systemsKnowledge of regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, etc.)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in medical devicesFamiliarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) toolsExperience with Agile / V-Model development lifecycleCertification in Systems Engineering (INCOSE) or Quality (ASQ) is a plusKey SkillsVerification & Validation (V&V)Systems Engineering LifecycleRequirements TraceabilityRisk Management (FMEA)Test Planning & ExecutionRegulatory ComplianceStakeholder Communication
