We are looking for both caring and professional ABA Technicians to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to an individual with autism within the in-home and community-based settingWork collaboratively with BCBAs and supervisors to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapyImplementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs under the supervision of a BCBACollect behavior and skill acquisition data and submit data and session notes on an electronic data system during sessions Comfortable receiving training and feedback from the BCBAArrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessionsAttend Professional Development Trainings to maintain technical knowledge as requiredBe responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisorsBe goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your workEnsure client safety, maintain respect, professionalism, and confidentiality at all timesJob Requirements1 year of experience providing ABA therapy1 year of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those with developmental disabilities is requiredFamiliarity with ABA therapy techniques and behavior management strategiesStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team membersA drive to be part of an innovative and growing organization with amazing growth potentialA valid driver's license and reliable transportationSuccessful completion of a criminal history background checkBe reliable, punctual, organized, and a self-starterAble to work independently and be creativeHave access to a mobile device for data collection and session notesRBT Certification preferred.
