These responsibilities may change from time to time are business needs evolve over time.\nRequirements:\n\n Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Professional Certifications, Education, Experience and Travel Requirements\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nPrior forklift experience preferred\nPrevious experience in a production setting preferred\nMust be able to climb and not be afraid of heights\nMust be able to frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 60 pounds\nLess than 5% travel requirement\n\nPhysical Demands/Requirements:\n\nConstantly (over 2/3):\n\nMove and transport materials up to 50-100 lbs with or without specialized lifting, moving and rigging equipment\nMoves across wet/slippery and uneven surfaces\nMust be able to position self to perform duties around industrial equipment and materials that are hot or hazardous chemical materials\n\nFrequently (1/3-2/3):\n\nExposed to work in outdoor weather conditions\nAscends/descends heights while maintaining balance\nUtilizes tools and equipment such as a shovel to move material\nRemains in a seated position while using multilimb coordination to operate forklift or other mechanical equipment\n\nOccasionally (under 1/3):\n\nDetect and observe conditions that need to be addressed such as equipment that needs to be painted or materials that need to be moved/removed\nElectronically and manually completes logs/reports\nCommunicates with staff in the process of performing duties\n\nAbout Baker Commodities, Inc.\n\nBaker Commodities Inc. has been in business for over 80 years.
