Proactively engage homeowners door-to-door, presenting the distinct advantages of our niche home services with the end goal of setting an appointment for our estimator. 2. Master the intricacies of our product lines to confidently address inquiries and overcome objections. 3. Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting or other sales targets. 4. Relay market insights, potential challenges, and opportunities to the management team. 5. Regularly participate in team meetings and training sessions to sharpen product knowledge and sales techniques. --- Requirements: - Presentable and professional demeanor, embodying our brand’s standards. - Willingness to work unconventional hours, including evenings and weekends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Reliable mode of transportation. - Any previous sales or home services experience is a bonus, but not a prerequisite. --- Compensation: - Base pay with Uncapped Commission, with a competitive earning structure primarily based on piece rate per appointment generated and completed.  Paid weekly base pay of $18/hr. - Weekly and monthly competitions with additional incentives - $34,000 - $100,000+ expected yearly pay range. - Additional bonuses and opportunities for the top performers. --- Why Choose Us? 1.
