The Data Manager / Analyst supports the Tethered Aerostat Radar System (TARS) Program by managing, organizing, and analyzing program-related data to inform decisions and improve operational effectiveness. This role ensures data integrity, produces detailed reports and dashboards, and supports the development of performance metrics and data governance policies.\r\nCollect, clean, and maintain datasets to support program reporting and analytics.\r\nAnalyze operational, financial, and performance data to support decision-making.\r\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and streamline reporting processes.\r\nEnsure adherence to data quality, integrity, and security standards.\r\nAssist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management and reporting.\r\nSupport audits, evaluations, and ad hoc data requests.\r\nBachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, information systems or a closely related\r\ndiscipline.\r\nSignificant information systems experience in lieu of degree. (2 years)\r\nA minimum of 4 years of experience in the following\r\nStrong analytical and data interpretation skills.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and one or more data visualization tools.\r\nAbility to manage multiple datasets and perform detailed analysis.\r\nFamiliarity with data governance and federal reporting requirements.\r\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.\r\nProficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.\r\nPositive adjudication from a CBP Background Investigation.\r\nPosition requires some travel.\r\nAbout NextGen\r\nNextGen Federal Systems is an innovative technology and professional services provider specializing in advanced software solutions and comprehensive mission and business support services.
