IT Product Manager

LeanIX Product Owner / Enterprise Architecture Platform ManagerWe're looking for a highly strategic and hands-on LeanIX expert to own the vision, roadmap, configuration, and adoption of an enterprise architecture platform supporting a large healthcare organization. This role will begin primarily remote with occasional onsite meetings in Portland and transition to a hybrid schedule a few days per week when return-to-office plans begin in 2026.This is not a traditional project management role. We're seeking someone who can operate as a product owner, platform strategist, administrator, and stakeholder champion while driving long-term value from LeanIX across technical and business teams.Must-Have QualificationsHands-on LeanIX expertise, including configuration, administration, meta-model design, fact sheet customization, integrations, automation, and platform optimizationDemonstrated proficiency using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and generative AI solutions to improve productivity and business outcomesExperience designing persona-based user experiences for diverse audiences including executives, architects, engineers, and business stakeholdersExecutive-level communication skills with experience building and presenting business cases to senior leadershipProven product ownership experience managing roadmaps, backlogs, stakeholder requirements, and prioritizationSelf-starter who produces polished, accurate work with minimal oversightWhat You'll Be DoingDefine and execute the LeanIX product roadmap aligned with enterprise technology strategyOwn platform configuration, administration, integrations, reporting, dashboards, and user experience designDrive data governance and quality initiatives across enterprise architecture and application portfolio management processesIdentify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve platform adoptionCollaborate with enterprise architects, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive alignmentLead change management activities, adoption efforts, and executive-level communicationsNice to HaveHealthcare industry experienceEnterprise Architecture Management (EAM) or Application Portfolio Management (APM) experienceUser-centered product management experienceExperience with user research, usability testing, and adoption metricsExperience implementing automation across enterprise systems
