TKO also services and partners with major sports rights holders through IMG, an industry-leading global sports marketing agency; and On Location, a global leader in premium experiential hospitality.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesAudit ticket inventory across systems to ensure data integritySupport sales teams and processes using designated reservations systems, following established sales rules and with a focus on maximizing revenueCollaborate with Ticketing colleagues, Product, Inventory, Pricing, Event Production and Guest Services teams and other Functional Areas (FA's)Monitor official competition schedules, update internal documents and keep relevant FA's informed of changesTicketing operations supportProduce reports, presentations and user guidesAssist in the delivery of digital tickets to clientsOther ticketing duties, as required to support On Location's successful delivery of the Olympic and Paralympic Games project and test eventsThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of the employee's activities, duties, or responsibilities for this job. Duties, obligations, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in ticketing for the Olympic & Paralympic Games or in other global sporting events with official travel and hospitality providersMinimum 2 years of experience with event ticketing systems and databasesHigh proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and AirtableData analysis skillsAbility to read venue seating charts and familiarity with terminology used to designate areas within stadiums and venues.Proficiency in project management applications and reporting toolsStrong customer service ethicOrganizational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skills – written and verbalAbility to work collaboratively within a large teamProactive in identifying areas where more support can be provided to maximize guest experience and achieve revenue targetsPreferred Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Other languagesCTS Eventim and/or AXS back-office ticketing systemsLA venue experienceCore ValuesAs the leading experiences company in the world, we strive to be the most innovative and passionate — the best of the best. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.Hiring Rate Minimum: $52,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)Hiring Rate Maximum: $70,000 annually
