The Technician will work in a dealership environment, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.DutiesPerform diagnostics and repairs on Ford vehicles, focusing on mechanical and electrical systems.Utilize hand tools and equipment to conduct maintenance tasks effectively.Maintain powertrain components, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding vehicle issues and repair options.Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex automotive problems.Conduct welding tasks as necessary for repairs or modifications.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.ExperiencePrevious experience as a mechanic or technician in an automotive service environment is preferred.Familiarity with Ford vehicles is highly desirable.Experience working with ADAS technology is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
