Host/Hostess

Duties - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Escort guests to their assigned tables and present menus - Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists - Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries - Maintain a clean and organized host/host station - Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations - Assist with seating arrangements for large parties or special events - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary Requirements - Previous experience as a host/host or in a customer service role preferred - Knowledge of OpenTable reservation system and REVEL POS is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required - High school diploma or equivalent Pay: This is an hourly position at $16 an hour plus tips.
