Job Description WAREHOUSE SPECIALISTSFinancial & Realty Services, LLC dba FRS Professional Services, LLC (FRS), a facilities management firm located in Calverton, MD is seeking Warehouse Specialists to service our government client in Gaithersburg, MD.Responsibilities:Managing the receiving, picking, kitting, loading and delivery of healthcare, laboratory. Climate-controlled, office, PPE, and chemical supplies to customers and all on/off-campus locations.Utilize automated material processing equipment (i.e., handheld, mobile printers, scanners) to optimize warehousing and delivery operations.Conduct physical inventories and location surveys.Safely operate material handling equipment (MHE) in support of warehouse operations.Set up and rotate storage locations considering factors such as life expectancy, available space, product turnover, etc.Comply with Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) storage requirements and regulations, labelling, and procedures.Screen shipping and receiving documents for discrepancies.Process receipt and turn-in transaction to record in the equipment system of record and account for incoming material.Perform moderate to heavy lifting.Qualifications:Must have 3+ years of warehousing experienceProficiency in using all Microsoft Office applicationsProficiency with inventory/distribution management systemsKnowledge of and experience with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processesMust be able to pass a background check.Benefits include:Competitive compensationMedical/Dental/Vision/Life/Disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid holidays, annual and sick leave
