We’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people manage millions of dollars in fines. We are now in a phase of aggressive expansion and need a Growth Lead to own the systems that scale our user base.This is a high-leverage role. You will be the primary engine behind our marketing automation, data analysis, and growth experiments. You are not just “running campaigns” — you are building the machine that makes WinIt the default solution for every driver in America. You report directly to the CEO.What You’ll OwnThe Modern Growth Stack: Build and optimize automated lifecycle flows and emailmarketing sequences from scratch — onboarding, re-engagement, conversion,retention. You should be obsessed with open rates, CTRs, and conversion ripples. Youare engineering sequences that move users through a funnel, not schedulingnewsletters.AI Implementation: Integrate AI tools (LLMs, automated agents) into our growthworkflows to 10x output and personalize outreach at scale.Data-Driven Strategy: Master the dashboard. Analyze funnel performance, trackCAC/LTV, run cohort analysis, and use data to kill what isn’t working and double downon what is.Rapid Execution: Take a growth hypothesis from the CEO and turn it into a live, data-backed experiment within 48 hours.Channel Expansion: _Test and scale new acquisition channels beyond email — paid,organic, partnerships. Whatever works, backed by data.Operations Support: Help maintain financial tracking and KPI dashboards. When theCEO needs a model built or a number verified, you deliver it fast.Who You AreWe are not looking for potential. We need proof.A Technical Marketer: You live at the intersection of marketing and engineering. Youknow how to use Zapier/Make, CRM tools, and AI to automate the boring stuff so youcan focus on the big wins.High Agency: You don’t ask “how do I do this?” You research it, test it, and present theresults. You view chaos as an optimization problem.Analytical & Ruthless: You don’t guess; you look at the numbers. You are lethal with aspreadsheet and can pull actionable insights out of raw data.Speed-Obsessed: You understand that in a high-growth environment, the fastestlearner wins. You move fast without losing attention to detail.Startup experience or an equivalent environment where priorities shift daily and youthrived, not just survived.What You Will NOT Be DoingBrand marketing, social media content calendars, or PR.Sitting in meetings and making slide decks about strategy without executing it.Waiting for someone to hand you a campaign brief.Compensation & Upside$70K–$140K base salary depending on experience.Stock options.
