Warehouse Associate

Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! Responsibilities Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and order picker equipment Load and unload trucks safely with pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, and crane operations as needed Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, updating the warehouse management system (WMS), and ensuring accurate record-keeping Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation Handle materials with proper safety procedures in accordance with OSHA standards, including heavy lifting and mechanical knowledge Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and maintaining a clean workspace Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and other machinery to move materials efficiently within the warehouse Qualifications Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in inventory management and materials handling techniques Valid certification for forklift operation; experience with reach trucks, pallet jacks, crane operation preferred Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order picking and inventory control Experience in shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and stock replenishment processes Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior warehouse supervisor or leadership experience is a plus but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
