Role Overview Otte Polo Group is looking for a high-performance SEO Lead who doesn't just "optimize pages" — but builds, executes, measures, and scales SEO as a predictable revenue channel. This role is for someone who has personally executed SEO strategies , understands what drives ROI, and can now lead a small team of SEO specialists while staying hands-on when needed. We want someone who can Diagnose why traffic or rankings are not converting Identify what's broken Build a strategy to fix it Execute or direct execution Tie SEO activity directly to revenue outcomes This is not a theoretical role. This is execution + leadership + ROI accountability. What Success Looks Like Organic traffic becomes a measurable acquisition channel Rankings improve for high-intent keywords WordPress pages are technically optimized and conversion-aligned SEO becomes a predictable lead generator We confidently increase investment because we see ROI Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership Own the organic growth roadmap across all brands within Otte Polo Group Lead and mentor SEO specialists, content writers, and technical support Identify gaps in performance and build corrective action plans Set KPIs tied to traffic, conversions, and revenue Hands-On Execution Conduct technical SEO audits (site health, indexing, schema, performance) Review and optimize WordPress pages (on-page, structure, UX alignment) Improve internal linking architecture Optimize high-intent service pages for conversions Implement structured data and schema markup Oversee backlink strategy and authority building Performance & ROI Focus Track rankings, traffic, conversion rates, and lead quality Identify when something is not working and pivot quickly Align SEO with paid media and partnerships for maximum impact Present performance reports tied to revenue impact 3+ years executing SEO in a growth-focused environment Proven track record of scaling organic traffic with measurable ROI Strong WordPress experience (page builders, plugins, technical structure) Deep understanding of Technical SEO On-page optimization Keyword intent strategy Link-building strategies Conversion optimization alignment Experience leading or mentoring SEO team members Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush) Ideal Profile Data-driven and obsessed with performance Comfortable challenging what isn't working Has scaled SEO from scratch or revived underperforming channels Understands business, not just rankings Can operate strategically but execute tactically Thinks in terms of investment vs return Why This Role Matters SEO is a core growth channel for Otte Polo Group.
