This is a true entry-level role ideal for someone early in their career or with hands-on experience who is interested in technology, systems, and operations.\r\nTitle Technology Support Associate\r\nLocation Pasadena, CA\r\nHours Full-Time / 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:30AM - 5:30PM)\r\nSalary $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)\r\nDuties and Responsibilities Assist with rollout of new tools, system updates, and integrations.\r\nSupport testing, documentation, and basic user training for new systems.\r\nProvide basic day-to-day technical support to team members.\r\nHelp track and manage support requests or trouble tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.\r\nHelp with user access, simple data updates, and report support.\r\nProvide basic assistance with dashboards, records, and workflows.\r\nAssist with onboarding new team members by setting up system access and accounts.\r\nHelp manage user permissions and ensure proper access levels across systems.\r\nAssist in monitoring data quality and supporting reporting requests.\r\nPerform data cleanup and help maintain accuracy and consistency across systems.\r\nHelp document workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).\r\nSupport communication between teams during system updates or changes.\r\nGather feedback from users and help elevate issues or improvements.\r\nMaintain internal documentation, training materials, and knowledge base resources.\r\nEnsure information is organized, current, and accessible.\r\nBenefits Full premium covered for full-time employees including health, dental and vision (50% of premium covered for eligible dependents), 3 weeks paid vacation, generous holiday schedule – extended Christmas closure, and 401K, among other perks.\r\nMinimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience/certifications (college coursework or degree is a plus, but not required).\r\nInterest in automation, AI tools, and improving workflows.\r\nStrong interest in technology, systems, or operations.\r\nBasic familiarity with tools like Excel or similar.\r\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\r\nDetail-oriented with a willingness to learn.\r\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\r\nAbility to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion.\r\nExposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.\r\nExperience with tools like Asana, Jira, or similar is a plus.\r\nLanguage Skills Fluent in English (spoken & written).
