We are currently recruiting for the position of Picking Associate for our Hanover Township, PA location.All candidates must satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screening.THE ROLEThe Picking Associate will scan totes or boxes using a voice picking headset to pick correct items off the shelves and place them in the correct box or tote.RESPONSIBILITIES:Receive picking order by scanning a box or toteUtilize voice picking headset to retrieve correct productsPlace fulfilled orders into the original box or tote scanned to go to the packersOther duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS:Warehouse experience (preferred)Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructionsComply effectively with company work and safety rules.Continually meet assigned production standards.Trained and certified to operate any required equipment.Basic computer knowledgePossess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionAble to stand, sit, kneel, bend for extended amount of timeWork at a quick paceMust have ability to lift or move at least 40lbsMust be able to work independently and as a teamSelf-directed and self-motivatedComply with company attendance policiesMaintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulationsBe at least 18 years old JOB TYPEFull-time, Non-Exempt, Hourly EDUCATIONHigh school or equivalent (Required) WORK AUTHORIZATIONUnited States (Required) Benefits:Benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability, supplemental benefits, 401K, holiday pay, personal and paid time-off.Employee EventsGreat Culturea2b Fulfillment is actively involved in giving back to our community.All candidates must satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
