Role:Techner is seeking an experienced Field Integration Engineer with strong hands-on experience to support T-Mobile wireless network deployment, commissioning, and integration activities across the Austin and Dallas, TX area.Key Responsibilities:Perform installation, integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Ericsson/Nokia equipment on the T-Mobile LTE/5G network.Support T-Mobile LTE and 5G deployment, modernization, and network upgrade activities.Execute software loading, configuration, script execution, alarm clearance, and site validation.Integrate Ericsson RBS, AIR Radios, Baseband equipment, and Nokia AirScale BBUs, RRUs, and radio systems.Perform post-integration testing, E911/SAT validation, troubleshooting, and site acceptance activities.Coordinate with RF Engineers, NOC, and deployment teams to ensure successful integration and project delivery.Requirements:Minimum 4–5 years of Ericsson/Nokia Field Integration experience.Prior hands-on experience working on T-Mobile wireless network projects is required.Hands-on experience with Ericsson and/or Nokia LTE/5G RAN equipment.Experience with commissioning, integration, alarm handling, and troubleshooting on LTE/5G networks.Familiarity with Ericsson ENM/OSS and Nokia WebEM/NSP tools.Ability to work independently in live network environments and travel within the Austin/Dallas area as
