EVMS and project management experience is required for Level 5 roles and preferred for Levels 3 and 4.\nFunctions\nLeads Electrical Engineering development efforts employing EVMS as a Control Account Manager to deliver complex electrical designs while meeting or exceeding program cost and schedule requirements, required for Level 5; preferred for Level 4 and for Level 3.\nResponsible for architecting, designing, developing, modifying, evaluating and integrating electronic circuit cards, electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for complex, high performance seabed hydrophone systems.\nCreates Analog and Digital designs of circuit cards including layout using industry standard tools such as LTSpice, Cadence, Mentor Graphics and Vivado.\nAnalyzes electrical requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.\nResponsible for providing input to program bids and generating bases of estimate.\nPerforms qualification and test of electrical hardware and systems including the support of customer site installations and troubleshooting. Travel to customer installation sites required.\nAble to identify component operational characteristics that may impact system performance and/or sustainability.\nOther duties as described.\nUp to 30% field support (travel).\nQualifications\nAbility to obtain and maintain security clearance at the DOD Secret level which requires U.S. Citizenship.\nAdvanced knowledge and skill in analog, power and FPGA design required.\nLevel 5: B.S. in Electrical Engineering or comparable discipline with a minimum 9 years of prior relevant technical experience; or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.\nLevel 4: B.S. in Electrical Engineering or comparable discipline with a minimum 6 years of prior relevant technical experience; or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
