The role requires a strategic leader who can drive cultural change, promote proactive safety initiatives, and ensure all relevant regulations. Must be able to work in the Pelham AL Office\nRequired Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety roles within industrial manufacturing and construction settings.\nPreferred Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing EHS teams and initiatives.
