{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"c098fdfd3f55c4e9adcec69d","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c098fdfd3f55c4e9adcec69d","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c098fdfd3f55c4e9adcec69d","title":"GCT Analyst","description":"Cybersecurity Governance, Compliance, and Training (GCT) Analyst Guidehouse is seeking a cybersecurity Governance, Compliance, and Training (GCT) Analyst to provide program management and product development support to a client GCT Manager, focusing on recommending, developing, and implementing GCT program initiatives.\nResponsibilities Supporting the GCT Manager with execution of the Authorizing Official’s Risk Management Framework program\nPreparing risk assessment reports and system authorization recommendations\nFacilitating System Owner briefings to the Authorizing Official\nDeveloping and updating cybersecurity policies, plans, and procedures\nPreparing and maintaining cybersecurity governance documentation\nCommunicating cybersecurity policy and procedure updates to stakeholders\nImplementing new cybersecurity governance processes\nProviding compliance standard research and gap analyses\nAdvising on the implementation of federal cybersecurity compliance standards\nCoordinating the technical implementation of cybersecurity controls with technical teams\nManaging cybersecurity audit preparation and execution projects across the system environment\nAnalyzing and reporting on cybersecurity audit reports and remediation recommendations\nValidating that implemented cybersecurity controls adequately address system security risk\nDeveloping and implementing cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives\nManaging GCT program projects and providing project coordination support to cybersecurity operations and network operations teams\nProviding security impact assessments and compliance assessments to the Change Control Board\nRegularly interfacing with system administrator, engineering, and development teams\nRecommending GCT program initiatives to continuously improve GCT program effectiveness and integration with the operational system environment\nPreparing and facilitating briefings to the Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Information Officer\nRequirements Active and maintained Top Secret (TS) Federal or DoD security clearance\nBachelor’s degree\nThree (3) years of experience in cybersecurity\nAbility to work onsite at client site in Washington D.C., 4 days a week\nExperience supporting customers in a client-facing environment\nNice to Have Master’s degree in a cybersecurity discipline\nExperience working in cybersecurity or IT, including experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance\nRelevant cybersecurity certification (CISSP, CISM, CGRC, CISA)\nExperience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community cybersecurity programs\nExperience in cybersecurity or IT project management, including managing multiple long-term projects simultaneously\nExperience deliberately improving program maturity\nExperience evaluating, setting, and modifying program priorities\nExperience leading cybersecurity compliance projects in a classified federal environment\nExperience executing cybersecurity compliance external audits\nExperience supporting the NIST Risk Management Framework for classified federal systems\nExperience building new cybersecurity programs\nExperience developing cybersecurity training products and communications\nExperience working directly with both management and technical teams\nDemonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts and integrate new information into existing plans and frameworks\nExperience leading Cybersecurity Awareness Month campaigns\nExperience leading technical teams in cybersecurity or IT settings\nExperience interfacing with physical security and personnel security stakeholders\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary cybersecurity initiatives (including cybersecurity operations and cybersecurity engineering)\nUnderstanding of Zero Trust architecture\nUnderstanding of cybersecurity risk and governance considerations associated with emerging technologies\nExcellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills\nSalary The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00 – $188,000.00.
