Perform audits of data to ensure accuracy and completion.\nProvides routine information to employees on human resource matters. Assists employees in completing various human resource forms.\nMay prepare requested reports on human resource, medical and leaves data tracking.\nWith oversite, provides direction to employees surrounding company policy, labor compliance best practices, and federal and state employment regulations .\nMonitors the status of employees return to work, while working closely with managers and human resource business partners to ensure timely information is provided\nResponsible for observing all laws, regulations, and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
