As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements and safety standards.\nDuties\nPlan, coordinate, and manage concrete and civil construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.\nOversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, material procurement, and daily operations to ensure successful project delivery.\nCoordinate with owners, engineers, superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel to maintain project progress and resolve issues efficiently.\nMonitor project performance, productivity, and quality control to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and contract requirements.\nLead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout all phases of construction.\nReview submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation while ensuring timely processing and compliance.\nSupport field operations by promoting safe work practices and ensuring adherence to OSHA and project safety requirements.\nAssist with project estimating, cost tracking, forecasting, and overall financial management.\nSkills\nProven experience managing concrete, civil, or heavy construction projects in active field environments.\nStrong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.\nExperience with project documentation, contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and change management processes.\nFamiliarity with construction software, project scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.\nStrong understanding of OSHA safety standards and construction quality control practices.\nExperience with DOT, USACE, municipal, or commercial concrete/civil projects is a plus.\nJoin our team as a Project Manager and play a vital role in delivering high-quality concrete and civil construction projects that make a lasting impact in the communities we serve.
