Employees will largely be expected to learn by doing. They will execute, monitor and QC existing ETL, Reporting and Campaign processes thereby contributing to the team while developing an understanding of DataLab’s solution and how it serves to achieve client goals.\n\n**No sponsorship offered for this position**\n**Candidates must be local to Germantown, MD**\nKey Responsibilities\nPrimary Responsibilities\nMonitor existing process execution to ensure completion\nExecute & review existing process QC reports\nReview wiki and other documentation to understand existing processes purpose and steps\nUpdate Wiki documentation to improve team documentation\nReview ETL QC reports and identify any data quality issues\nRun existing scripts to update DWH\nPerform QC to ensure proper execution and completeness of DWH\nRun existing scripts to generate client reports\nQC & review report providing feedback to internal customers & stakeholders\nAssist with minor modifications & enhancements to reports\nSave all work with careful documentation (for QC and future use)\nRun existing ETL data feeds and monitor for issues\nResponsibility Details\nTroubleshoot automated production tasks issues\nAutomate existing production code\nAssist with development of ad-hoc reports\nKnow all client file inputs for a campaign, understand which would be critical for campaign processing and how the fields within each file are used in the campaign and results reporting\nSetup new ETL scripts & QC for new client data feeds\nKnow when client files are expected; notify team members if they do not come in\nResponsible for the movement of files and assets from FTP sites and/or emails to appropriate folders and notify appropriate team members\nBe able to use FTP, MoveIT, JIRA and navigate through Wiki\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science\nWork experience a plus\nDirect Marketing experience or knowledge a plus\nCertifications/Technical training are a plus\nJob Skills\nKnowledge in SQL\nMicrosoft Outlook, Word and Excel\nOther Skills\nStrong attention to detail\nAbility to communicate clearly\nSelf-motivated\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment\nThe base pay range provided serves as a general guideline.
