(CLA)Support individuals in achieving meaningful daily activities, goals, and independenceSupervise, mentor, and provide guidance to Residential SpecialistsAttend and assist with consumer medical appointments and medication management activitiesMonitor documentation, electronic records, medication administration records (MAR/eMAR), and regulatory complianceConduct quality inspections, fire drills, and program oversight activitiesParticipate in on-call responsibilities and assist with emergency response as neededCoordinate staff training, orientation, scheduling support, and compliance
