They will also manage, mentor, and develop a growing staff of Pool Maintenance Technicians. The role requires an individual with strong customer service skills, as face-to-face customer interaction is expected daily. Additionally, pool service is a required element of the role, and you must be comfortable working in the elements.\r\nThis position will be located in the Orlando, FL Metro .\r\nJob Description\r\nManage a team of 5 – 15 Pool Maintenance Technicians.\r\nSchedule and conduct client first visits and provide first initial pool service.\r\nProvide excellent customer care to include managing customer escalations, questions, and expectations.\r\nHandle customer cancellation calls and save the account.\r\nLead training and team-building initiatives for team members.\r\nProvide pool services and tech support duties such as skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls and steps, managing chemicals, algae treatments, and filter maintenance/cleaning.\r\nTakes ownership of achieving zone and territory goals – communicating effectively with Regional Managers.\r\nRequired Skills / Abilities\r\nExcellent verbal and customer service skills.\r\nThe ability to lift 50 lbs.\r\nAbility to work outside year-round in a variety of conditions.\r\nStrong interpersonal skills.\r\nAbility to work evenings and weekends.\r\nMust be a self-starter and able to handle a fast-paced environment.\r\nA valid driver's license and good driving record required.\r\nEducation and Experience\r\nHigh school diploma / GED\r\nSchedule\r\nMonday-Friday with occasional Saturday work\r\nMust be a self-starter and able to handle a fast-paced environment\r\nWeekly Pay Direct Deposit\r\nCompany truck and gas card (all gas paid - for company use only)\r\nBlue Cross Blue Shield Healthcare, Dental, and Vision Insurance\r\n401(k) Retirement plan with a 4% Company Match\r\nProfit Sharing\r\nCompensation\r\nSalary: $55,000 - $65,000k per year base compensation\r\nQualifying candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
