You build websites for marketing clients.\n\n*You must be able to:*\n\n* Hand-code a custom WordPress theme in PHP, including custom post types and Advanced Custom Fields. Not assemble a page builder.\n* Rebuild a Figma design in Webflow so it matches, phone and desktop, including CMS collections and interactions\n* Write HTML, CSS and JavaScript without a framework\n* Open a website you did not build and fix it. You do not need to be a specialist. You need to not be stopped by it.\n* Implement on-page SEO you are handed: title tags, metas, headings, alt text, schema\n* Make a slow page fast, and say why it was slow\n* Get websites launched: DNS, SFTP, SSL, migrations, plugin conflicts\n* Run several websites at once without losing track\n\n*How You'll Work:*\n\n* Mobile-first, always\n* Ask early. Flag a problem the day you see it, not the day it is due\n* Clients hear back the same day\n* Work comes through ClickUp, already prioritized\n* We use AI daily and we are good at it. This is not an \"I have tried ChatGPT\" box. You direct the tool, and you can explain anything with your name on it\n\n*Requirements*\n\n* *A portfolio of live websites you built.* We will open them on a phone. No links, no consideration. Applications without live site examples will not be reviewed.\n* 3+ years building marketing websites at an agency or in-house marketing team\n* In person, in our office off FM 2252 in the Garden Ridge area, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00.
