Assemble military and aerospace electronics in a friendly and temperature-controlled environment. This position is responsible for the successful assembly of Captor's products as defined by Captor's build documentation, process specifications, and training (both classroom and on-the-job).\r\nJob Description:\r\nWork with your hands to solder and assemble electronics and hardware\r\nVerify dimensions of parts to technical drawings using tools such as calipers and height gauges\r\nAccurately assemble materials with quality and on time\r\nRead and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, specifications, work orders, or instructions\r\nAdhere to all product and process documentation\r\nRead and interpret electrical schematics\r\nEnsures proper safety and housekeeping standards\r\nInspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits\r\nWork with Quality team to resolve issues in a timely fashion\r\nOther duties assigned\r\nQualifications:\r\nHigh School education or equivalent experience\r\nGood hand/eye coordination; able to work with small parts and assemblies\r\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, technical drawings, and procedure manuals\r\nComputer literacy\r\nFlexible to changing work assignments\r\nCommunicates effectively with management and team members\r\nLevel 1\r\n0-3 years of experience\r\nAble to perform repetitive tasks\r\nLearning to read and interpret technical drawings\r\nSeeks assistance in handling problems\r\nWorks under direct supervision\r\nLevel 2\r\n3-6 years of experience\r\nAble to perform intermediate level, non-repetitive tasks\r\nAble to read and interpret product technical drawings\r\nAble to analyze problems and recommend solutions\r\nWorks under minimum supervision\r\nLevel 3\r\n6+ years of experience\r\nAble to perform complex, non-repetitive tasks\r\nAble to read and interpret product technical drawings\r\nAble to analyze problems, recommend solutions and may make suggestions on process improvements\r\nMay direct the work of others or be utilized as a Subject Matter Expert\r\nWorks under limited supervision with ability to perform work independently\r\nWe offer a competitive benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k), and bonus program.
