We hope it’s you!\nAbout the Position – Project/Operations Manager\nWe are looking for an experienced project/operations manager to take charge of initiatives across the company, ensuring projects are well-defined, executed efficiently, and completed on time. You will work closely with leadership, department heads, and team members to move important initiatives forward, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful outcomes.\nThis is a full-time position (40 hours/week), working from our Alpine, Utah office. We have a beautiful office and incredible mountain views. While this is an in-office role, there is occasional flexibility to work remotely in special circumstances. Work hours are 8 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch break.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and budgets\nDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders\nDevelop detailed project plans, track progress, and adjust when necessary\nCoordinate internal resources and communicate with external partners/vendors\nProactively identify and address potential issues or roadblocks\nMaintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle\nEnsure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with company goals\nOrganize and lead project meetings, keeping agendas and follow-up actions clear\nDocument project outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for improvement\nRequired Experience & Skills\nBachelor’s degree\n7+ years of proven project management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nProficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar)\nAbility to work independently and take initiative\nProven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and within scope\nOur Benefits\nWe value and appreciate our employees.
