Other job duties as a Lead Fleet Technician will include:\nSupervise technicians in the shop.\nGenerate computerized work orders and track progress through completion.\nMaintain advanced knowledge of all vehicle components to effectively diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs.\nMonitor shop operational performance and efficiency and take action to improve as needed.\nQualifications for Lead Fleet Technician / Shop Foreman\nValid driver’s license required - CDL Required. We provide company paid training to help you obtain your CDL!\nAt least 3 years of automotive or diesel maintenance & repair experience or a combination of technical school education & experience.\nPrevious experience in a lead technician, supervisor, or other management role.\nPossess a mechanic’s tool set\nStrong computer skills\nWillingness to obtain ASE certifications while employed (company training, testing, and bonuses provided!).\nSubject to DOT drug testing and physical.
