We provide residential, commercial, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and recurring cleaning services. We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in quality work and enjoy creating clean, welcoming spaces.Responsibilities:Perform residential and commercial cleaning servicesDust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and deep clean assigned areasClean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and common areasRemove trash and maintain cleanliness standardsFollow company procedures and safety guidelinesArrive on time and provide excellent customer serviceRequirements:Reliable transportation requiredAbility to lift up to 25–50 lbsMust be dependable and punctualStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and willingness to learnMust pass 90-day probation periodCompany Policies/Benefits:Pay: $17–$20 per hour based on experienceBi-weekly payMileage reimbursement: $0.50 per mile when using personal vehicle from office to job site and backCompany uniform: Red Cardinal Clean Team shirt and black pants requiredTips added to paychecks unless cash is received directlyGrowth opportunities available as the company expandsSchedule:Part-time with flexible hours.
