This position is responsible for support The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) NAS Security and Enterprise Operations (NASEO) (AJW-B) to minimize the impact of cyber security events or incidents in support of availability and restoration requirements for ATO systems and services. The FAA runs a multi-faceted cybersecurity program to protect the NAS in accordance with the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA).\nEssential Functions:\nSupport FAA program planning, budgeting, and execution processes.\nConduct financial analysis, cost estimation, and forecasting for FAA projects.\nAssist with acquisition planning, contract development, and procurement documentation.\nMonitor program performance, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with FAA requirements.\nPrepare budget justifications, spending plans, and financial reports for FAA leadership.\nAssist in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs), performance work statements (PWS), and other contract-related documents.\nEnsure FAA programs align with Acquisition Management System (AMS) and agency policies.\nFacilitate coordination between technical teams, financial analysts, and program managers.\nPrepare presentations, reports, and briefings for FAA leadership and stakeholders.\nIdentify risks and provide recommendations to improve program execution.\nMust Haves:\n20+ years of relevant experience.\nBachelor’s Degree in a related information technology field.\n5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree.\nMaster’s Degree or MBA in related field may be substituted for bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience.\nPhD in related field may be substituted for bachelor’s degree and 7 years’ experience.\nAt Veracity, we want our employees to excel and grow professionally.
