Serve as an active participant and technical leader in developing the overall architecture and design of our solutions in collaboration with other team members.\n\nWhat will I do?\nWork in a Scrum Team, focusing on building robust web applications and micro-services using Go, JavaScript, React, Oracle Databases, MySQL Databases and other technologies.\nCollaborate with Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and Other Team Members to design new applications an modifications to current applications.\nCollaborate with the Team and broader IT organization in introducing architecting and advancing our automation practices(s) focusing on testing, building and deployment.\nLead and advise the evaluation and recommendation(s) of application software packages, application integration, testing tools, and full-stack technologies.\n\nWhat do I need?\nComprehensive and demonstrable full-stack software development skills and experience utilizing modern and open-source technologies to build enterprise business applications (React & Go preferred).\n\nExtensive SQL experience and expertise (PL/SQL and Oracle technologies preferred).\n\nMust be comfortable working in and managing multiple system environments (Linux & Windows).\nCapability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.\n5+ years of progressive experience in software development serving a variety of roles.\nBachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent technical field and/or equivalent demonstrable experience in an enterprise level professional setting.\nProven ability to be flexible and motivated, work well both independently and as part of a team, and possessing the passion and aptitude for technical leadership.\nAbility to work collaboratively with other application development areas to define standards and manage change.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.
