Six hours a day, inside our 9:00 to 5:00 Eastern window. For example: Monday can be 9:00 to 3:00 and Tuesday can be 11:00 to 5:00. What matters is that your week looks the same every week, so clients and the owner know when to find you.\nPaid national holidays. We do not offer health insurance at this time.\nNo nights. No weekends. No travel. No on call. When you sign off, you are signed off.\nOnce in a while a bigger project means extra hours if you want them.\nFully remote, US based. We are in Norfolk, VA, with a soft preference for local candidates (for in-person meetings and workdays) but remote is genuinely fine.\nWe provide the software. You provide the computer, internet, webcam, and a quiet space for client calls.\nStart date: as soon as we find the right person.\nAbout Us\nElevated Advisor helps independent financial advisors book retirement-focused appointments. You will work very closely with the owner who runs the day-to-day operations, and interact with a mix of in-house and outsourced teams.\nYou would be the second person inside the business, and the point where all of that connects. If you want a big team around you, this is not that. If you want work where what you do is meaningful and clear, it is exactly that.\nWe have spent the last stretch moving this business off spreadsheets and manual steps and onto software we built ourselves. Most of it is live. What we need now is someone to help finalize it and verify the transition actually landed: every advisor configured correctly, every automation firing when it should. Early on there is more checking and catching than there will be later.\nThe Work\nOnboarding. Take new advisors from signed agreement to launch. Set up calendars, CRM sub-accounts, and forms.\nClient support. Be the first person advisors talk to. Solve what you can, route what you cannot, and follow through until it is actually done.\nBilling. Work with our finance team on invoicing. Track who has paid and who needs a nudge. Bring the hard conversations to the owner rather than sitting on them.\nAccount checks. Sweep advisor accounts to confirm setups are still right, and catch the quiet problems before a client does.\nAdmin. Keep trackers current, handle meeting follow-up, and take small recurring jobs off the owner's plate.\nProject Management. When new projects pop up, help the owner keep all parties on track with to do lists, nudges, and coordination.\nMiscellaneous. This is a small, boutique operation so everyone wears multiple hats, you may get handed one-off tasks, or asked to help take things off the owners plate from time to time.\nWhat We Need\nYou do not need to be overly technical, but you should be able to connect a calendar to a scheduling tool and fix it when it disconnects, work confidently inside a CRM, follow a written setup guide without hand-holding, and look up an error before asking for help. GoHighLevel/ Zapier experience is a big plus.\nBeyond that: organized, relentless on follow-up, warm with people, and calm when technology makes someone tense.\nYou should also be comfortable using AI tools daily. We use them to help qualify leads and to work faster behind the scenes. We do not use them to replace real human support, which is a big part of why this role exists.\nWho This Is For\nThis role is for someone who likes bringing order to disorder. We are close to where we want to be, but the business keeps evolving, and that means the systems keep evolving too. A process you build in September might get rebuilt in November because we found a better way.\nIf you want a checklist that stays the same all year, you would be unhappy here. If you are the person who looks ahead, sees what needs to happen, and gets it written down so it runs the same way every time, this is a good seat.\nWe are always striving to be better and are looking for someone who wants the same.\nOne thing that does not change: your schedule. The work shifts. Your hours do not.\nHow We Work\nSlack during your hours, replying quickly. Camera on for check-ins and every scheduled meeting. Some meetings get booked the same day, so plan to be camera ready during your hours. Outside your hours, nothing touches you.\nThings come up. A school closure, a sick day at home, an appointment you could only get at 1:30 on a Tuesday. Give us a heads-up and we work around it. The only thing that does not work here is going quiet.\nAs the company grows, this role can grow with it. We are looking for someone who wants to take on more over time, not someone looking to coast.\nYou will have access to billing, client records, and credentials, so we ask for a background check before you start.\nOne note on resumes: If you have been out of the workforce for a stretch and are looking for the right thing to come back to, that is not a strike against you here. We care about what you can do now, not the shape of the last few years.\nTo Apply\nEmail careers@elevatedadvisor.com , subject line Client Ops: [Your Name].\nSend your resume and a short note. Include one system or process you improved and how you did it, and one way you use AI today. The more detail, the better, but it does not have to be fancy.\nWhat Happens Next\nA short video. If your note looks like a fit, we will ask for a 2 to 3 minute video. Record it from the space where you would take client calls. Tell us briefly why this role fits you, then walk us through one tool you use regularly. Share your screen for that part if you can.\nWe will be looking at your camera, audio, lighting, and background, along with how clearly you explain things. That is not us being picky. You will be on camera with advisors, often on short notice, so your setup is part of the job. If your equipment needs an upgrade before you start, tell us and we can talk about it.\nAn on-camera interview. A real conversation about the work and about you.\nA short paid trial task. About an hour, paid at our hourly rate. We want to see how you work through a real problem, and you get to see what the work actually looks like.\nA conversation with the owner, and then a decision.\nPay: $25.00 per hour\nBenefits:\nPaid time off\nWork from home\nWork Location: Hybrid remote in Norfolk, VA 23507","company":"Elevated Advisor","rawCompany":"elevated advisor","city":"Norfolk","state":"VA","isRemote":false,"isActive":false,"createdAt":"2026-07-30T11:04:33.765Z","occupations":[{"code":"43-6014.00","title":"Secretaries and Administrative Assistants, Except Legal, Medical, and Executive","slug":"secretaries-and-administrative-assistants-except-legal-medical-and-executive"},{"code":"43-1011.00","title":"First-Line Supervisors of Office and Administrative Support Workers","slug":"first-line-supervisors-of-office-and-administrative-support-workers"},{"code":"43-6011.00","title":"Executive Secretaries and Executive Administrative Assistants","slug":"executive-secretaries-and-executive-administrative-assistants"}],"industries":[{"code":"561110","title":"Office Administrative Services","slug":"office-administrative-services"},{"code":"541611","title":"Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services","slug":"administrative-management-and-general-management-consulting-services"},{"code":"541618","title":"Other Management Consulting Services","slug":"other-management-consulting-services"}],"jobPosting":{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","title":"Client Operations Coordinator","description":"The Basics\n$25 an hour, 30 hours a week (W2)\nYou pick your schedule, and we keep it consistent.
