We champion an inclusive culture and strive to attract and develop a talented workforce to create and deliver a wide range of content reflecting our world.\n\nJob Description\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nBuild and maintain the NBC Sports broadcast schedule using NBCU’s COMPASS scheduling system.\nCommunicate NBC schedule updates clearly and accurately across the organization, including program names, episode titles, dates, and airtimes.\nCoordinate schedules in MPS for accurate long-term planning across NBC Broadcast, NBCSN Linear, NBCSN Extra, and Peacock\nMaintain day to day schedule entry in Multi-Platform Scheduling across numerous properties\nSupport programming hours analysis during budget and upfront planning cycles in collaboration with Ad Sales, Finance, and Research teams.\nDevelop and distribute daily and ad hoc scheduling reports for Ad Sales, Planning, Finance, Business Development, Production, and other cross-functional partners.\nContribute to additional programming, scheduling, reporting, and operational projects as business needs arise.\n\nQualifications\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s Degree\nAt least 1 Years’ Experience (Including Internships)\nExcellent computer skills with the demonstrated ability to navigate new systems and software\nProficient in Excel & PowerPoint\n\nDesired Qualifications:\n\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively with a team\nAbility to pivot and work in a fast paced environment\nMust have a strong attention to detail while being deadline-oriented\nSelf-Starter\nKnowledge of Sports Media Landscape\nKnowledge of Broadcast Scheduling Systems Preferred\n\nAdditional Requirements:\n\nMust be willing to work in Stamford, CT Four days a week on a hybrid work schedule\nMust have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States\nMust be 18 years or older\nIt is the policy of NBCUniversal and NBCUniversal' s affiliated businesses to consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including pregnancy) sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status or other characteristics protected by law\n\nAdditional Information\n\nAs part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
