Snapshot / Role OverviewWe're seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona to manage service operations and ensure timely dispatch of technicians across commercial accounts.Impact• Keep service response times low and customer satisfaction high across all commercial accounts• Improve technician utilization and reduce downtime between service calls• Build strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable scheduling• Support revenue growth by coordinating preventive maintenance agreementsResponsibilities• Coordinate daily dispatch of HVAC service technicians to commercial job sites• Schedule preventive maintenance visits and emergency service calls• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide status updates• Track work orders from initial request through completion and invoicing• Monitor technician availability and optimize routing for efficiency• Maintain accurate records in service management software• Collaborate with sales and operations teams on customer needs• Handle escalated service issues and ensure timely resolution• Order parts and materials to support technician needsRequirementsMust-Haves• 5+ years of commercial mechanical service coordination or dispatch experience• Local to Phoenix metro area with stable work history• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities• Excellent phone and email communication skills• Proficiency with service management and scheduling software• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and terminologyNice-to-Haves• Experience with ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or similar platforms• Background in commercial HVAC service or installation• Familiarity with preventive maintenance contract managementCompensation & LogisticsCompetitive salary depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.Call to ActionIf you're ready to advance your career in mechanical construction, apply today or connect with us to learn more.
