This role is focused on building, maintaining, and optimizing production ETL pipelines and SQL-based data transformations. The ideal candidate has deep, practical ETL experience, strong SQL skills, and can work productively in existing Informatica and Snowflake environments with minimal ramp-up.\nThis is a delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys working directly in pipelines, troubleshooting issues, and supporting data workflows in production\nKey Responsibilities\nTo perform in this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance production ETL pipelines using Informatica (PowerCenter and/or IICS)\nWrite, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL used for transformations, validations, and analytics\nSupport and enhance data pipelines loading into Snowflake\nDebug failed ETL jobs, data discrepancies, and performance issues across ETL and warehouse layers\nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into working solutions\nSupport data warehouse environments across cloud and hybrid architectures\nMaintain technical documentation, mappings, and workflow logic\nParticipate in SDLC processes including deployments, testing, and version control\nSupervisory Responsibilities: None\nQualifications\nEducation and Experience:\n5+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting ETL pipelines in production\nStrong SQL skills, including complex joins, subqueries, aggregations, and performance tuning\nHands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and/or Informatica IICS\nExperience working with cloud data warehouses, including Snowflake\nAbility to independently troubleshoot ETL failures, data issues, and query performance problems\nExperience working within SDLC frameworks and version control systems\nStrong communication skills and ability to explain technical work clearly\nImportant: This role requires hands-on work in existing Informatica and Snowflake environments. Candidates must be able to contribute quickly without extensive training.\nNice to Have\nAzure Data Factory (ADF)\nHealthcare data experience\nExperience supporting migrations from legacy data platforms\nWork Environment:\nRemote-first role with a limited hybrid requirement. Candidates must be able to attend occasional in-person meetings or client sessions as needed (approximately once per quarter). Minimal travel required.\nHours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday.
